property edge fire - shooting by hind car after front car made multiple sound effect signals

9-1-2014 as I was leaving large white suv was pulling out from my driveway. there was fire dept vehicle further down. non fireman walked into my driveway and announced property is on fire and threatened me against leaving. my friend was behind me and the subject vacated. I also overheard fireman say the word trash possibly implying the fire was started with trash. people in the area wok hard to assist problem for me and cars like to park on that spot and young people occasionally hang somewhere around the area. the fire dept like all depts. in America likes to make money by placing blame on those connected to the property to assist with stealing after the swindle which failed to advertise heat, fire hazards and water company attachment. n8umerous criminals have been hassling me over time- kids, teens, and adult "nice people actors" assisting criminal interests of community while posing as good people and gluing on their terrorist incentives- food, recyclables, worthless money amounts, and their support on all acts against me by attaching the blame to the victim - me. non stop ongoing collaborated gang glue on services incorporating various nonprofits and other social terrorist groups who glue on against your will. couple of incidents attracted my attention more specifically among others. as I was walking balk on table mountain 2 guys were approaching towards bridge where one made a remark and some suggestive gestures which appeared to mimic putting out a fire. as I was walking on 3rd street coming back in the eve. 3 persons on bicycles went into dollar store parking lot and seemingly back behind it towards grand. somewhere betw. 9 pm - 10 pm as I was walking outwards home a few bldgs. past nelson apartments on opposite side of street which would be the school side a car passed by making sound effects as they typically do when a team wins and the car behind it fired at me possibly with pellet gun hitting a bag and producing a hole in the bag. the car which made the shot then turned to the right either into nelson apts or the first turn on 4th street. new weekend occupants in house across from me had their place lit up sat. and sun. evenings. sunday evening there was heavy smoke or drug smell.
